Program Overview
The Pacific Store Designs Referral Program rewards business partners, distributors, and industry professionals for referring new clients who engage our services. This program is designed to create mutually beneficial partnerships while ensuring full transparency and prompt compensation for successful referrals.

How to Refer a Lead
To submit a referral, visit our Contact Us page and select “Referral” from the dropdown menu.
Please include the following details:
•    Client’s full name and business name
•    Client’s title or role
•    Contact email and phone number
•    Project type and estimated lead time
•    Whether the client is expecting our call
•    Whether you’d like to schedule a conference call introduction between all parties
Providing accurate and complete information ensures that your referral is properly recorded and verified.

Reward Structure
Earn commission on each successful referral:
•    2% commission on all build and installation services
•    10% commission on all design and consulting services
Commissions are based on the total project cost, excluding taxes and shipping.
Payments are issued within 10 business days after the project’s final payment has been received and deposited.
There are no caps or limits on earnings.
Commissions do not apply to taxes, freight, or shipping expenses.

The program runs year-round, with commissions paid within 10 business days following final project payment.

Qualified Lead Criteria
To be considered eligible for commission, a referral must meet all of the following criteria:
1.    Decision-Maker or Authorized Contact – The referred contact must be a verified individual with purchasing authority or direct influence on procurement decisions (e.g., owner, manager, and purchasing agent).
2.    Active Interest or Need – The contact must express genuine interest in our products or services, such as requesting a quote, consultation, or project discussion.
3.    New Client – The referred lead must not already exist in our CRM, mailing list, or active sales pipeline at the time of submission.

Eligibility
The program is open to business partners, distributors, and industry professionals aged 18 or older.
Employees of Pacific Store Designs and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Referral Ownership & Tracking
•    A referral will be credited to the first participant who submits a complete and verified referral form for that client.
•    Duplicate submissions for the same lead will not be eligible for commission.
•    Referrers will receive confirmation of referral receipt and periodic updates on project progress and status.

Transparency & Communication
Pacific Store Designs values transparency and accountability. Participants will receive:
•    Notification updates throughout the referral and project process.
•    Estimated payment timelines once a project is approved and invoiced.
•    Copies of invoices related to the referred project for verification prior to commission payout.

Payment Terms
Commissions are paid via check or direct deposit within 10 business days after the final project payment is received in full.
All payments are subject to verification and approval by Pacific Store Designs.

Taxes
Referral rewards may be considered taxable income. Participants are responsible for any applicable tax reporting or payments.

Program Modification & Termination
Pacific Store Designs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
Any changes will not affect referrals already qualified prior to the effective date of modification or termination.
